HsIRC

HsIRC is a simple Haskell-based library for writing IRC bots. It is currently combined with my example bot, which tracks upcoming events and deadlines, but should be reasonably easy to separate and use for something else. It was never used much, and seems now to have been superceded by lambdabot.
